Current Version Plugin Microsoft Office 2010 for FireFox


Overview

Microsoft office 2010 by default delivers an addon for FireFox browser which extends it’s compatibility by directly opening documents and files from Office Web Apps.

You can also integrate this feature if you’re using older versions of  Office by downloading an addon plugin. You can Download Firefox Microsoft Office 2010 plugin here

Compatibility

The current version plugin is only supported by Firefox (3.5 and above). It is supported By Windows XP, Vista and 7.
You need to have atleast Office 2003 or 2007

Current Version

You can update the plugin just by updating the whole Microsoft Office package. The current update includes minor bug fixes and crash issues.

Disabling Microsoft Office 2010 Plugin




You can disable the plugin directly from Addon manager
  • Go to the Tools Menu > Add-ons
  • Switch to Plug-in Tab
  • Highlight Microsoft Office 2012
  • Press Disable
